The Program seeks to enhance existing graduate and clinical research training programs through a value-added curriculum focused on exposing the trainees to the four core research areas that form the pillars of CIHR. In addition to a major research project supervised by one of the Program’s expert mentors, the unique elements of the training program consist of major course offerings, the “Infectious Minds” discussion group, research practica and mini-symposia/retreats.
